Step 4: Get to Know the Malomo Platform

Head to the dash for the data you need.

Order List

Synced with your Shopify store, this is a list of orders and all associated shipments with that order. You can search orders, as well as view an order and see the shipment statuses of that order in real time. Once you have initially connected Malomo and Shopify, new orders will start to show up in the order list. To view now, navigate to dash.gomalomo.com/orders.

Customer List

Synced with your Shopify store, this is a list of customers and all associated orders. You can search customers, as well as view associated orders and see the shipment statuses of that order in real time. Once you have initially connected Malomo and Shopify, new customers will start to show up in the customer list. To view now, navigate to dash.gomalomo.com/customers.

Reports

Malomo takes all your carrier information and digests it into comprehensive reports. With our Active Orders Report, you can see

  • Active Orders Report: See the current status of all shipments that have yet to be delivered and quickly identify any carrier tracking issues.

  • Shipping Performance Report: See the delivery performance of all your orders in one place. Measure the effectiveness of your carriers and quickly identify trends in the time it takes for orders to go from placed to delivered.

  • Time in Transit Report: Drill down into the transit time for delivered shipments across all carriers and shipping services.

  • Problem Orders Report: Drill down on unresolved problem orders or view historical data.

  • Tracking Page Revenue Report: Identify the revenue sourced directly from a visit to your Malomo tracking page.

Please note, once you have initially connected Malomo and Shopify, new shipments will start to show up in your reporting. To view, navigate to dash.gomalomo.com/reports/shipping.

Apps 

Our Apps section is the most up to date list of our integration partners. From here, you can install and uninstall your integrations. To view, navigate to https://dash.gomalomo.com/apps.
