Known Limitations with Specific Carriers
Due to the method in which Australia Post denotes estimated delivery dates and send that data, namely in a date range rather than a specific date, our integration is not able to show an estimated delivery date for these packages at this time. The estimated delivery date will not be available within notifications and will not be shown on the Malomo tracking page. The tracking page will include a hyperlink directing to the AusPost tracking page.
🔒 To create credentials for Australia Post tracking, merchants will need to create unique API keys for Malomo within the AusPost platform. Do so by selecting Malomo from the drop down or select Other if you do not see Malomo. The API keys will be verified for tracking only.
Malomo only supports tracking for Royal Mail packages with labels that have been purchased directly through EasyPost.
