Problem Orders Report

The Problem Orders report is now available under the “Reports” dropdown in the left navigation. Problem types enabled in the configuration panel are included in your reports. 

Filtering

• Use the filters at the top of the page to drill down by problem creation date, carrier, order creation date, and more

Problem Orders Table

• View all problem orders based on selected filters

• Export to a .csv, .xlsx, or .json file via the download icon

Order Problems Created by Day

• See an overview of each problem type by the day it was created

  • Note: As mentioned above, you will likely notice spikes of Stalled orders on Sundays and Mondays, unless the settings have been configured to exclude these days.

Order Problems by Carrier

• View a summary table of order problems by carrier

• View individual problem types by carrier

• View total shipments by carrier as a reference
