How do I cancel my account?

If you’d like to cancel your account, please reach out to our support team and we’ll assist you with offboarding from Malomo.

To contact support, you may email us directly at help@gomalomo.com, open a ticket at our help desk, or use the Contact Us button within the dashboard.

Without the Malomo service, any notifications that are powered by our app will not be triggered once the service is turned off.

If you’re using an ESP integration like Klaviyo, we recommend moving back to your default Shopify notifications. If you’ve been using Malomo code in your Shopify emails, we recommend restoring those emails back to the default code in order to remove our code snippet.
