How do I create a Malomo account?

In order to start using our Shopify app, you will need to create a Malomo account for your brand. If you have not spoken to our Sales team yet, please reach out to us at sales@gomalomo.com or book a demo here.

Steps

1. Navigate to the registration page link provided to you by our team.

2. Enter in the following information: Account Name (company/brand name), Your Domain (desired URL for your Malomo tracking page), Your Name, Email, and Create a Password. Please note, a password must be a minimum of 8 characters.

3. Once this is complete, you can install the Malomo Shopify integration. Learn how to install the Shopify integration here.

*Please note, the above process is only for initial account setup and creation. To add a user to your account after this step, please reach out to help@gomalomo.com.
