Email Performance Report
The Malomo Email Performance report allows merchants to drill down into performance stats for their transactional emails sends, as well as view an activity feed filtered by time, email status, and/or customer email address. With this report, you’ll be able to confirm your transactional emails are sending properly, analyze the open rate and click through rate across time periods, and view the email activity for each customer.

Pre-Requisites
Customers will need to connect their Shopify account to Malomo, as well as have at least one Malomo Transactional Email template enabled within the dashboard.
Metrics
The Email Performance report will allow you to view the following metrics:
Emails Sent (Sum of the total number of emails delivered)
Unique Email Opens (Sum of the total number of unique email opens)
Total Email Opens (Sum of the total number of emails opened)
Total Email Clicks (Sum of the total number of email clicks reporting)
Open Rate (Calculated as the number of unique opens divided by the total emails sent)
Click Through Rate (Calculated as the sum of total clicks divided by the sum of emails sent)
Bounce Rate (Calculated as the sum of total bounces divided by the sum of emails sent)
Spam Rate (Calculated as the sum of total emails reported divided by the sum of emails sent)
Filters
Users can filter the data on time frame of the email sent date and the email type.

Q: “How can I see which emails a customer received?”
A: Click on the top right Activity Feed tab within the Email Performance Report. Using the Customer Email dropdown, copy/paste the customer email and click Add Filter.
